  • Brassieres designed to be worn continuously to protect and stabilize breasts, and to protect and secure surgical sites, stitches, and drains, during the post-surgical healing period. Surgical procedures might include breast reduction, breast lift, breast implants, mastectomy, or breast reconstruction. Post-surgical bras are constructed of an elasticized fabric chest band that wraps around the woman\'s torso, two cups to hold the breasts, and two shoulder straps.
