  • A humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody directed against human mesothelin with potential antineoplastic activity. Amatuximab binds to mesothelin, triggering an antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC)-mediated host immune response against mesothelin-expressing tumor cells, which may result in tumor cell lysis.
