  • Prepackaged collections of the devices and supplies (i.e., either custom or standard kits) needed during obstetric delivery and labor. Items in these kits usually include sterile gowns, gloves, needles, syringes, anesthetics (e.g., lidocaine), basins, scissors, scalpels, cord clamps, obstetric pads, and drapes.
