Equipment designed to recover water from the exhaust steam of sterilizers by condensing the steam and delivering the water back to the sterilizing unit for reuse. The recovery systems typically consist of a unit that includes a pump to deliver the water back to the sterilizing unit; a motor; a temperature switch; a level gauge; a water tank; and a kit including hoses and connectors that is placed between the sterilizing and water recovery units. Water recovery systems are used to reduce the amount of water wasted by the process of steam sterilization.
