Molecular assay reagents intended to identify mutations in genes associated with pulmonary fibrosis and Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome, a genetic disorder that leads to signs and symptoms in multiple body systems including high rates of pulmonary fibrosis. Genetic variants at multiple loci have been associated with pulmonary fibrosis and Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome.
