  • This review highlights the application of microbial informatics in the development of novel vaccines against n-CoV The articles collected for this review were done so using various search engines such as PubMed, Google Scholar, Bio-Rxiv, MeSH, etc Two primary Chinese databases for biomedical research used for data collection include CNKI and WanFang All the articles collected for the review were from the past two decades (2000-2020) The data acquisition and analysis was conducted in the early months of 2020 The combination of computer science and theories of microbiology led to the formation of bioinformatics Microbial informatics is a cast interface consisting of all information regarding all the known microbes This allows for swiftness in results and eliminates the need for a “wet lab” Using this software, low-cost vaccines can be designed by identifying strong epitopes The review analyzed the available databases and tools in the implementation of microbial informatics research and covers the applications in vaccine predictions for n-cov
