  • The Administration of Justice is no stranger to the impact that COVID-19 is having on people\'s health and on the provision of its own constitutional function For this reason, since the same declaration of the state of alarm, a series of extraordinary measures have been approved with a triple objective: On the one hand, to protect the health of workers, professionals and that of other people who are related to the Administration of Justice;on the other, guaranteeing effective judicial protection, and, lastly, endowing this state power with the necessary means to face the new situation that will arise after the alarm state is lifted The present work describes the extraordinary measures approved that affect the judicial processes whose knowledge is the responsibility of the social jurisdiction © 2020 Ibero-American Law Institute All rights reserved
