Arterial cannulae intended for the ostium of the coronary sinus in order to provide antegrade or retrograde coronary perfusion/cardioplegia during cardiopulmonary bypass. They may be equipped with a self-inflating low-pressure balloon. These cannulae are typically used for back-flushing the coronary vessels in the event of inadvertent coronary air embolization.
