  • Systems designed for use during therapeutic procedures (mostly surgical) performed inside a cavity (e.g., uterus, a joint cavity) to keep the cavity filled with pressurized distention solution. These systems should keep the minimum pressure necessary to distend the cavity without exceeding a safe maximum level.
