  • Clean rooms designed to provide a flow of air within the enclosure with uniform velocity and parallel direction (i.e., laminar air flow), distorted only by objects in the flow pathway. These rooms include blowers appropriate for laminar air movement (either vertical or horizontal), high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) or ultra-low penetration air (ULPA) filters, and humidity and temperature controls.
