Stethoscopes designed to transmit sound from small disk-shaped resonators via air-filled hollow tubes to the user\'s ears for auscultating, or listening to, sounds from the heart, lungs, and other organs. The device has a binaural tubes and tubing designed to connect a chest piece, which acts as a resonator, to the clinician\'s ears while minimizing ambient noises. A chest piece can be one- or two-sided, with each side intended to tune into different anticipated bodily frequencies.
