Implantable devices consisting of a bone anchor and attached sutures intended to be used for indirect fixation of soft tissue grafts (e.g., ligament grafts, tendon grafts) to bone by tethering the graft to bone via the device sutures. The bone anchor component of these implantable devices is typically a threaded rod (i.e., screw) or interference fit (i.e., barbed, pronged) implant, which may be made of bioabsorbable (e.g., synthetic polymer) or non-bioabsorbable (e.g., metal) material. The bone anchor component of these implantable devices includes an integrated suture attachment site (i.e., eyelet). The suture component of these implantable devices typically consist of synthetic absorbable or nonabsorbable fibers.
