Stage II includes: T2, N0, M0. T2: Tumor invades stromal connective tissue of the cervix but does not extend beyond uterus. Endocervical glandular involvement only should be considered as Stage I and not as Stage II. N0: No regional lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis.
