A standardized rating scale originally developed by Yellen et al in 1997 and modified by Cella et al in 2002, which includes a 13-item fatigue scale, as well as 13 items from the original FACT-G of the emotional and functional well-being sections. This instrument measures fatigue/tiredness and its impact on daily activities and functioning in a number of chronic diseases.
