  • Surgical hooks designed to temporarily secure tendons by catching and/or pulling them during dissection, excision, and/or to perform other surgical procedures with minimal trauma. These surgical hooks are usually handheld manual stainless steel instruments and are either slightly curved or have a 90-degree angle at the working end and a blunt or sharp tip; the hooks typically include a handle at the proximal end.
