Immunoassay reagents intended to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses on a body fluid sample (typically urine) to determine substances present in or secreted by neoplastic urinary bladder tumor cells (i.e., tumor markers); these reagents include antibodies capable of binding to the urinary bladder tumor associated antigens such as complement factor H related protein, fragments of cytokeratines 8 and 18, or nuclear mitotic apparatus protein NMP22. These assays are used to obtain information on tumor grade and clinical stage of urothelial carcinomas of the bladder.
