Clinical chemistry reagents impregnated in one or more areas of a paper strip (i.e., a reagent strip) that are intended to test urine samples and present results in a short period of time, typically a few minutes. The tests are usually performed to determine pH and/or one of the constituents in a urine sample, such as glucose, ketone bodies, occult blood, bilirubin, or urobilinogen.
