  • A TNM stage finding term that refers to choroidal and ciliary body melanoma, conjunctival melanoma, or retinoblastoma TNM staging. For choroidal and ciliary body melanoma it means tumor size category 3 with ciliary body involvement and extraocular extension 5 mm or less in largest diameter. For conjunctival melanoma it means tumor of any size invading the nasolacrimal duct and/or lacrimal sac and/or paranasal sinuses. For retinoblastoma it means hyphema and/or massive vitreous hemorrhage (clinical) or full-thickness invasion into the outer third of the sclera and/or invasion into or around emissary channels (pathologic).
