Fiberoptic laser delivery systems designed to deliver laser energy simultaneously to multiple spots on the eye following a pre-determined pattern during ophthalmic photocoagulation procedures. These delivery systems typically include a flexible fiberoptic cable and adapters intended for coupling to one of several delivery options, such as slit-lamps, indirect ophthalmoscopes, microscopes, or direct delivery using an endoprobe. The laser delivery system may be independent or part of a multi-spot photocoagulation system which controls the intensity, pattern, and other parameters of the laser beam delivery.
