These systems typically consist of a an automated unit that delivers the hemostatic agent; a control to regulate the quantity and flow of the delivery; a display that shows the status of the delivery and the remaining volume of the hemostatic; and a disposable set. The set may include a preparation kit and a detachable delivery applicator according to the intended target tissue (e.g., topical, intracavitary).
