  • Testers designed to assess the performance and/or physical characteristics of endoscopes. These testers can usually measure, evaluate, display, and/or record physical characteristics such as lumen cleanliness and air or fluid leakage. Some testers can also evaluate the performance of the devices (e.g., imaging quality). The testers may include measuring instruments and fittings to couple to particular endoscopes; they also include a central unit to record and assess the data.
