Protection garment dispensers designed for automated putting-on (i.e., donning) disposable shoe covers (also known as booties). These devices typically consist of a container with one or more compartments that permit the automated delivery of shoe covers usually of the same type. Shoe cover automated dispensers are used mainly in hospital or other health care facility areas (e.g., treatment, clean and operating rooms; clinical laboratories) where a high volume of covers should be quickly and easily dispensed. The dispensers are intended to provide shoe covers for hygienic purposes and/or personal protection. They are usually available as stand-alone units or units to be placed attached to a wall.
