Molecular assay reagents intended to identify gene variants associated with myeloid neoplasms, a collection of hematologic malignancies (e.g., acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome) arising from the progenitor cells of non-lymphocyte white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelet-generating cells (i.e., myeloid cells). Genetic variants at multiple loci have been associated with myeloid neoplasms. These reagents are intended to detect various types of genetic changes (e.g., deletions, duplications, insertions, single nucleotide polymorphisms) in multiple myeloid neoplasm-associated loci simultaneously.
