Molecular assay reagents intended to identify mutations in genes associated with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, a connective tissue disorder caused by defects in fibrillar collagen. Genetic variants at multiple loci have been associated with various forms of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (e.g., classical, hypermobility, vascular).
