  • A contrast agent composed of hyperpolarized helium He 3 gas (HP3He), with potential usage in diagnostic nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)-based imaging (MRI). Upon inhalation, the hyperpolarized helium He 3 gas is distributed throughout the lungs.
