  • A coronavirus vaccine composed of a genetically engineered, replication-incompetent, adenovirus serotype 26 (Ad26) vector expressing the stabilized pre-fusion spike (S) protein of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), with potential immunomodulating and anti-COVID-19 activities.
