  • A preparation of autologous activated T cells that have been engineered to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) specific for the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) CD147 (Basigin; EMMPRIN; extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer; OX47; 5A11), with potential antineoplastic activity.
