Here we present a 61 year old lady who developed Covid-19 and who was on Automated Peritoneal Dialysis (APD). SARS-CoV-2 was not detected in the dialysis effluent. She subsequently developed acute pancreatitis but made a complete recovery. She continues to be on peritoneal dialysis.
