Commonly, infections with SARS-CoV-2 cause respiratory symptoms In more severe cases, an infection can cause pneumonia, acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure and even death, with an extraordinary impact on public health As preventive measures of contamination are relatively simple, such as washing your hands frequently with soap and water and using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth Avoid close contact with sick people Stay home when you are sick or suspect Cover your mouth and nose when playing or sneezing with a tissue Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces This study is of a narrative, descriptive and reflective characters about COVID-19 It lists two positive cases for COVID-19, whose objective is to disseminate the greatest amount of information to a scientific community and the population, symptoms and diagnosis of COVID-19 and warns of complications for the most vulnerable groups Given this information, the population and health professionals, based on information, best procedures can suspect coronavirus presence and to communicate cases of people who are positive for COVID-19
