In the context of the new coronavirus pandemic and a serious public health problem, universities around the world have been involved with production and research seeking to contribute to the prevention, control, treatment and other social and economic studies related to COVID-19 The Federal University of Bahia through a partnership between its Health Learning and Knowledge Technology Center and the Nursing Committee to face COVID-19, has been developing graphic materials for digital communication to guide nursing professionals in the prevention and coping with the disease This experience report describes the interdisciplinary production process carried out It presents the results from a new team work process organized remotely with the flow: theoretical construction of the theme;creative production process;collective analysis of products, adjustments and delivery;evaluation of the process and possibilities for continuity It concludes with reflections on interdisciplinary work through this experience of collective construction and the contribution of the public University in preventing and combating the pandemic
