Human or animal blood preparations containing antibodies are used for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of various diseases Immune sera are obtained from vaccinated animals and humans, as well as from persons who have transmitted infectious disease, in the blood of which contains appropriate antibodies Immune sera are currently used as medicines for many infectious diseases (tetanus, diphtheria, influenza) and poisonings (snake venom, botulotoxin) The aim of the article was to study the blood serum method as one of the methods for SARS-CoV-2 The analysis determined that in the serum of convalescent antibodies will quickly reach the pathogen and remain there for a long time They will enter the patient’s bloodstream at a lower concentration than with parenteral injection, reducing the risk of other donor viruses or toxins entering the patient’s body The authors concluded that it would appropriate to systematize all persons who had and recovered from COVID-19, to obtain blood collection consent from them with a purpose of the manufacture of a serum with available antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which can then be used to treat severe patients To run passive immunization once every seven days by inhalation way within medical staff, who was in contact with ill patients, to prevent their infection © Rushing Water Publishers Ltd 2020
