  • Analysis of the law enforcement practice on the protection of children\'s health in the Russian Federation, which cover the 2015-2020 period, has made it possible to identify the most pressing issues related to the accessibility of medical services (including high-tech health care), medical and social expertise of children with disabilities and the provision to them rehabilitation (habilitation) facilities, as well as sanitary and epidemiological welfare of children in the educational facilities, and to propose approaches to their solution, taking into consideration the international standards Special attention is given to the protection of children\'s health during the COVID-19 pandemic Анализ практики применения законодательства об охране здоровья детей в Российской Федерации в 2015-2020 гг позволил выявить актуальные проблемы, связанные с доступностью медицинской помощи (в т ч высокотехнологической), медико-социальной экспертизой детей-инвалидов и обеспечением их средствами реабилитации (абилитации), санитарно-эпидемиологическим благополучием детей в образовательных учреждениях, и предложить подходы к их решению с учетом существующих международных стандартов в данной сфере отношений Обращено также внимание на охрану здоровья детей в условиях пандемии коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19
