In this paper, we will introduce virtual safety training concept called Virtual Learning Cluster which is consisting of both academic and industrial partners COVID-19 has generated challenges especially in the vocational training both in the construction industry and in the schools There is need to produce a large pool of content to tackle above mentioned challenges Simulandia as a virtual learning environment containing training episodes for 15 professions will be used in this paper as an example of such a pool of content As a result we will present research roadmap which is divided in four steps focusing on safety and productivity challenges from the usability and user experience experiments towards effectiveness studies © 2020 IEEE
